July 31

This morning at 8:30 there was a fire alarm here in the dorm. I stayed up a little late last night and was definitely not ready to get up that early! I went outside and it ended up being cold and drizzly. After about 15 minutes of standing under an awning we were allowed to come back in. I went back to bed and rested until 10:30. Ah, the beauty of not having any classes until 1:30pm on Monday. :-D

Today ended up being a nice day, mostly sunny. I went to my two classes then came back and changed for a run. I ran around the lake again today, finishing in 31:30. I felt really good, and that's my second fastest time around the lake. I wasn't trying to run too fast though, I just wanted it to feel like it was more than a jog.

This evening I cooked myself a nice supper of veggies and potatoes, with had ice cream for dessert. I was then lazy and sat around watching TV in the common room for a bit, before being lazy back in my room. I watched a movie on the computer and now I'm going to get ready for bed. Tomorrow morning's early class is cancelled, so I can sleep in again tomorrow. One of these days I need to start doing homework. :-P
